Mode of Payment

At Ashish Crafts and Creations Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize secure and transparent transactions in compliance with Nepal’s government regulations. Below are our payment terms and accepted methods:

# Payment Process:

50% of the total order value must be paid upfront via bank draft, wire transfer, or money transfer services (Western Union/MoneyGram) to confirm your order.

The advance payment is based on the pro-forma invoice provided by us.

After production, we calculate the exact shipping cost based on product weight. The remaining 50% balance + shipping cost must be settled before shipment.

Orders are released for dispatch only after full payment is received.

Secure Online Payment:

Processed through our 100% secure payment gateway.

Surcharge: A 4% fee is added to the total payment to cover bank processing charges.

# How to Place an Order

  1. Select Your Products:
  2. Review & Confirmation:
    • We’ll send a pro-forma invoice for approval.
    • Confirm your order by paying the 50% advance deposit (see Payment Terms for details).

Samples

  • Sample Requests: Available upon payment of the product cost + delivery fees.
  • Refund Policy: If you place a bulk order based on the sample, we’ll refund the sample product cost (delivery fees excluded).

Custom Branding & Packaging

  • Labels & Hangtags:
    • Use your own brand name, logo, or design.
    • Submit designs in PSD/PDF format, and we’ll produce them (cost added to invoice).
    • Minimum Order: 1,000 pieces per batch.
